Position Summary:

The Annual Giving Officer is responsible for growing and cultivating a portfolio of mid-level donors (both individuals and corporations) who make annual gifts of up to $10,000. Responsible for various aspects of the annual giving team's performance measures including annual giving programs and campaigns.

Essential Functions:

The Foundation Annual Giving Officer responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

* Identifies, cultivates, solicits and stewards a mid-level donor portfolio to raise annual gifts of up to $10,000.

* Plays integral role in executing the annual Employee Giving Campaign through focused efforts in fund champion relations, project coordination, volunteer mobilization and campaign stewardship and logistics.

* Coordinates annual effort to solicit INTEGRIS vendors through managing a master list, identifying internal and external stakeholders, pairing fundraising projects with vendor gift criteria, submitting grants and coordinating follow-up efforts.

* Serves as annual giving liaison to Fundraising Councils at regional hospital facilities.

* Assists Director and other Foundation staff members on annual giving campaigns, special events and other initiatives as needed.

* Champions initiatives and coordinates logistics for annual giving programs including: INTEGRIS Angel, giving societies, new donor program, various donor retention efforts and volunteer opportunities.

* Assists with direct response program and online giving strategy including INTEGRIS Foundation website, online crowdfunding, online giving and online registration forms.

* Provides support to the Annual Giving team in coordination of other fundraising events, programs, initiatives and activities as defined.

* Assists with writing and editing development-related communication as needed.

Accountability:

Reports to the department Manager or Director.

Qualifications:


* Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Nonprofit or related field.

* Previous experience in professional fundraising or appropriate related experience preferred.

* Previous experience using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

* Previous experience using Raisers Edge fundraising software preferred.

* Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written).

* This job requires the incumbents to operate an INTEGRIS owned vehicle or personal vehicle (non INTEGRIS owned) and therefore must have a current Drivers License from the State of residence as well as a driving record which is acceptable to our insurance carrier.
